Body in Mind empowers clinicians to integrate somatic awareness and neuroscience into trauma-informed care. Rooted in principles of somatic psychology, attachment science, and interoceptive awareness, this training offers a comprehensive framework for recognizing and working with the body’s role in trauma storage and healing. Clinicians learn to assess autonomic patterns, enhance co-regulation, and apply body-based interventions that support nervous system safety and emotional integration. Body in Mind trains clinicians to use SomatoSymbolic Processing Therapy.
EMDR Basic Training equips clinicians with the foundational skills to integrate Adaptive Information Processing (AIP) theory and EMDR’s eight-phase protocol into their therapeutic practice. Grounded in neuroscience and evidence-based methodologies, this training enhances the clinician’s ability to assess, conceptualize, and address trauma-related symptoms effectively. Participants gain tools to target past memories, present triggers, and future challenges within a structured framework, ensuring safe and transformative outcomes for clients. EMDR Basic Training provides a comprehensive pathway for incorporating EMDR therapy into clinical practice, enabling clinicians to confidently navigate the therapeutic process from start to finish.
EMDR With the Body in Mind is designed for clinicians who want to deepen their confidence in integrating somatic awareness throughout all phases of the EMDR process. While we recognize the importance of working with the body, it can often be difficult to know exactly how to incorporate somatic techniques in real-time with clients. This consultation group will provide foundational theories of somatic psychology and their direct application to EMDR therapy. Participants will gain practical skills, scripts, and opportunities for experiential learning to support integration into their clinical work.
